FCPC Facilitators

“Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.” Galatians 6:2, if we will only look outside ourselves and see who we can help, we will achieve a double advantage. While we are helping others, we find that our own troubles suddenly seem lighter. “…remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.” Acts 20:35. “And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.” Ephesians 4:32.

With scriptural admonitions and in the spirit of meekness and support the FCPC facilitator will help FCPC members understand their common FCPC objectives and assist them to plan and to achieve them. This will make FCPC member’s progress easier while working more effectively together within the FCPC family. The FCPC Facilitator’s ministry is to support FCPC member to do their best thinking and practice through being a helper and enabler to support them in achieving quality FCPC educational performance. The FCPC Facilitator will encourage full participation, promote mutual understanding, cultivate shared responsibility, search for inclusive solutions and help build the FCPC member to achieve sustainable FCPC educational objectivesthat reach the best possible conclusions.

The FCPC Facilitator program involves all FCPC member institutions to facilitate growth and development of FCPC membership while helping each other to strive toward and achieve their maximum potential in educational excellence. The four types of FCPC Facilitators are:

1. FCPC Basic Facilitator: Every FCPC member is included in this level and is encouraged to recruit new member institutions to join the FCPC. The FCPC Basic Facilitator must make sure each of their FCPC members joining puts their information on page one of the FCPC 115 ANNUAL APPLICATION form in order to receive your $50.00 honorarium, (Applies to new members only since 2011).

2. FCPC Media Facilitator: The FCPC Media Facilitator will be trained to review FCPC Member print and/or web site media in relation to FCPC objectives and educational performance. For each institution assigned for review, the FCPC Media Facilitator will receive a $50.00 honorarium. FCPC Member will pay for return mailing expense.

3. FCPC Communication Facilitator: The FCPC Communication Facilitator will establish verbal and/or written communication with FCPC Member institution based on the FCPC Media Facilitator evaluations to facilitate their growth and development in educational excellence. The FCPC Communication Facilitator will receive $50.00 per year honorarium for each FCPC Member assigned to them.

4. FCPC Encompassing Facilitator: The FCPC Encompassing Facilitator duties will encompass the oversight of and working with FCPC Media and FCPC Communication Facilitators and the institutions assigned to them. The FCPC Encompassing Facilitator will receive $50.00 per year honorarium for each FCPC Member assigned to them and will receive travel expenses from the FCPC Member institution if a site visit is required. The FCPC Encompassing Facilitator may be engaged as a consultant by the FCPC Member to assist them in achieving CPCA Certification.
